The Apple Tree is Silent

The apple tree is silent
Covered in winter's snow.
Without warning bud appears
Life begins to flow.

In leaf and screaming with joy
Bathed in summer's light,
Without effort fruit appears
Feeding birds in flight.

Heavy with life, a sight of relief
In Autumn's cool days.
Without exception crisp and clear
Mystery works her ways.
