Mom and Daughter's Day

In the morning:
Tired and lazy. My brain is quite hazy.
* The morning came fast, moment of peace has past.

Getting ready:
Stay cozy and warm. Jammies, blankets forlorn.
*Five bodies to ready, keep working steady.

Breakfast time:
10 pancakes with cream, it would be such a dream.
*Cereal works fast. Grains, dairy, and fruit will last.

Off to school:
See my friends today! See my friends every day!
*Clean the house again. I hope to call a friend.

1st Playtime:
Can we go outside? Mom, let's go for a ride!
*Parks, swings, ducks and things. Flowers, bugs and birds that zing.

During school:
When will school be out? I work and work about.
*What's good for dinner? Maybe will have linner!

When you get home:
Something smells tasty! Mom's working quite hasty.
*Welcome each precious kid. Stop to share, what you did.

Homework time:
First homework, then play. That's the way everyday!
*Then, hurry scurry. Cook, correct, life's a blurry.

2nd Playtime:
Play with mom and dad. The best time that I've had.
*Run, laugh, make a catch. Bake cookies by the batch.

Time for Dinner:
This is delicious! Mom, I like these dishes!
*Music to my ears. When kids have veggie fears.

Time to brush:
Here we go again! We're almost to the end!
*Scouting with our eyes, looking for food surprise.

Time for bed:
The evening came fast, moment of peace at last.
*Tired and lazy. My brain is quite hazy.

Drifting to sleep:
Hug and kiss for me. Glad for my family.
*Our hearts full of love. Grateful to God above.
