I Live With The Devil

At school, she makes a fool out of me,
At home, she emotionally beats me with her words,
She stomps on my life as if it were pea,
And squawks at me as if she were a bird;
I'm insecure and lonely because of her,
I can't sleep at night, she makes sure I don't,
Everyday feels like a blur,
I just find a way to stay afloat;
Even on the hottest days, her heart is cold as ice,
She finds pleasure from teasing me each minute of ever hour,
I've never heard anyone call her nice,
But she is filled with so much power:
The devil, even though she may hide,
Knock on my heart, she lives inside.
